| The Company ¨C A Brief History |
Raisecom Technology was founded in 1999 and has its principle located in Beijing, China. It has dedicated itself into the designing and developing of Ethernet and optical broadband access equipment in the field of telecommunications. Raisecom¡¯s vision is to help carriers and service providers providing more services and larger bandwidth to their customers while either leveraging their existing network infrastructure or deploying brand new and cost effective ones.
Through 8 years working with the world¡¯s largest incumbent carriers, Raisecom has accumulated great experience in building up access networks. In the mean time, it has grown from 6 people to over 800 employees; from 10 thousands to over 75 million USD annual turnover; from its major Media Converter to over 20 different product portfolios including Switches, GEPON/GPON systems, Inverse Multiplexers, Protocol Converters, Interface Converters, PDH Multiplexers, SDH Multiplexers, Multi-service Access Platforms, PCM, CWDM systems, and Network Management System.

Raisecom has already been one of the largest vendors of Ethernet broadband access equipment in the world. In its domestic market, it has taken up over 45% of access market share and has over 5 million pieces of equipment operating online; in oversea markets, it has successfully sold devices and solutions to more than 40 countries in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Oceania. Raisecom has also received uncountable compliments from customers and academic organizations because of it dependable products and responsible attitude towards telecommunication industry. From 2004, it has been consecutively awarded as Deloitte Asia Pacific Technology Fast 500 for 3 years.

| Raisecom takes it as critical important of growing rapidly, steadily and healthily. It has acquired ISO9001:2000 certification for R&D, Production, Technical Support and Marketing Department to ensure its quality and efficiency. It also has the products certified by CE, RoHS, WEEE, UL, and CSA and so on in order to provide reliable and eligible devices while protecting the environment. In 2007, Raisecom has become an MEF member and has its Ethernet product lines certified by MEF recommendations in order to standardize the Ethernet devices and increase interoperability with other vendors¡¯ equipment. Raisecom participates in the world¡¯s most important telecom fairs and exhibitions every year, such as CeBIT, Sviaz EXPO, PT EXPO, Convergence India, and CommunicAsia, and would always love to welcome its customers and friends to join together, develop together, and grow together. |
